Introducing the Fastnexa Blog: Field Notes from Real Deployments
No recycled thought leadership, no AI-padded listicles. This blog is where our engineers and consultants write down what actually happened on client work — and what we would do differently.
Every consultancy has a blog, and most of them read the same: safe summaries of trends you already saw on LinkedIn, ending in a sales pitch. We are starting ours with a different contract.
What we will publish
Field notes, not thought leadership. Our writers are the engineers and consultants who shipped the work. When we write about cloud cost optimization, it is because we spent last quarter inside real AWS accounts. When we write about red teaming, it is the team that wrote the reports.
Numbers where we have them. Percentages, timelines, and cost figures from real engagements (anonymized where clients require it). Claims without evidence are marketing; we have a separate department for that, and even they prefer evidence.
What went wrong. The most useful engineering content describes failure honestly. Expect post-mortems, "what we would do differently," and recommendations that occasionally include don't hire us for this yet.
What we cover
Our editorial calendar maps to the work we do every day:
- AI & Automation — getting LLM systems past the pilot phase, evaluation, cost engineering
- Cybersecurity — offensive findings, defensive priorities, compliance without theater
- Cloud Services — migration patterns, FinOps, the multi-cloud question
- Software Engineering — architecture decisions, team topology, technical debt triage
- Marketing & Growth — what is working in AI-era search and demand generation
Cadence and contract
Two to four pieces a month. If a post exists, it is because someone on the team believed it was worth your reading time — never because a content calendar demanded filler.
If there is a topic you want our take on, tell us. And if you would rather skip the reading and just ask us directly, book a call — the first conversation is always free.

The Five Red Team Findings Every SaaS Company Repeats
After dozens of engagements, our offensive security team keeps finding the same five weaknesses — none of them exotic, all of them fixable in a sprint. Here is the list, and how to close each gap.

FinOps does not start with spreadsheets or culture decks. It starts with five line items that are oversized in almost every AWS and Azure account we audit. Here is where to look first.
